有哪些付款方式？ What payment methods do you accept?

马来西亚：银行转账、Touch 'n Go、信用卡／FPX／Grab／Boost、Atome 分期。新加坡：银行转账或 PayNow。请在 2 天内付款。
Malaysia: bank transfer, Touch 'n Go, card/FPX/Grab/Boost, Atome instalments. Singapore: bank transfer or PayNow. Please pay within 2 days.

邮费多少？ How much is shipping?

西马 RM8、东马 RM20、新加坡 S$19；马来西亚满 RM250 免邮。
West Malaysia RM8, East Malaysia RM20, Singapore S$19; free shipping on Malaysia orders from RM250.

可以拼单吗？ Can I combine orders?

可以。订单保留 7 天，期间可多次下单（每次都要付款），累计满 RM250 自动免邮并一起寄出。拼单期间多付的邮费，会转为账户 credit，下次购物扣除。
Yes. Orders are held for 7 days; place as many paid orders as you like, and once the total reaches RM250 shipping is free and we send them together. Any extra postage paid on combined orders is kept as account credit for your next purchase.

几天收到？ How long does delivery take?

付款后 1–3 个工作天出货。出货后西马 1–3 天、东马 1–5 天、新加坡 3–7 个工作天。
Ships within 1–3 working days after payment; then West Malaysia 1–3, East Malaysia 1–5, Singapore 3–7 working days.

预购款什么时候寄？ When do pre-order items ship?

按商品页的预计到货日（ETA）。工厂或运输可能稍有延误；延误超过 14 天，我们会联系你。
According to the ETA on the product page. If it is delayed by more than 14 days, we will contact you.

尺码表准吗？ Are the size charts accurate?

每款到货后亲手平量，是衣服的实际尺寸，允许 2–4cm 误差。请拿自己合身的同类衣服对照。
Every style is measured flat by hand after it arrives. These are real garment measurements with a 2–4cm tolerance; compare with a similar garment that fits you well.

拿不准尺码怎么办？ Not sure about my size?

可以退换吗？ Can I return or exchange?

只接受瑕疵或寄错的商品，收货后 3 天内联系我们。尺码或颜色选错不退不换。详见「退货与退款条规」。
Only defective or incorrect items, reported within 3 days of delivery. Wrong size or colour choices cannot be returned or exchanged. See our Return & Refund Policy.
