进入购物车 → 结账 & 付款
推到“收银台”并完成付款，系统才会生成订单并保留。
Go to Checkout and Pay. Only paid orders are confirmed and held by our system.
选择配送方式：直接邮寄 或 拼单
可选择「直接邮寄」或「拼单（Combine Order）」。
Choose Ship Now or Combine Order at checkout.
📦 拼单 / Combine Orders
Orders can be held for 7 days. You can place multiple paid orders within the window.
When total reaches RM250, shipping is automatically free and we dispatch.
Below RM250, postage is required before shipment.

马来西亚订单满 RM250 免邮（可 7 天内拼单累计）。
Free shipping for Malaysia orders from RM250 (orders within 7 days can be combined).
新加坡包裹可能需缴付当地进口税，由当地海关收取。
Singapore parcels may be charged import tax by local customs.
⏱️ 几天收到 | Delivery Time
付款后 1–3 个工作天内从新山（Johor Bahru）出货。出货后：
Orders ship from Johor Bahru within 1–3 working days after payment. After dispatch:
- 西马 West Malaysia：一般 1–3 个工作天 usually 1–3 working days
- 东马 East Malaysia：视地区，一般 1–5 个工作天 usually 1–5 working days, depending on area
- 新加坡 Singapore：3–7 个工作天 3–7 working days
拼单的订单在凑满或 7 天保留期结束后一起寄出。预购／补货款按商品页的预计到货日（ETA）出货。
Combined orders ship together once complete or when the 7-day hold ends. Pre-order items ship according to the ETA on the product page.
拼单多付的邮费会转为账户 credit，下次购物扣除。
Extra postage paid on combined orders is kept as account credit for your next purchase.

Q1. 只放购物车，算下单吗？
不算。必须结账并付款才成立。

Q2. 我可以边买边加吗？
可以，在 7 天内多次下单并付款，金额累计至 RM250 自动免邮并统一寄出。
Yes. Within 7 days, place multiple paid orders; we ship together once total hits RM250.

Q4. 为什么每次下单订单号都不一样？
每次下单都会生成新的订单号（如今天 EB001，明天 EB002），这是正常的。只要使用同一个账号，所有订单都能在 Account Page 查看。
Each order generates a new order number (e.g., today EB001, tomorrow EB002). This is normal. As long as you use the same account, all your orders can be viewed on the Account Page.
