Adding to Cart is like picking items in a supermarket. It does not reserve or place an order.
进入购物车 → 结账 & 付款
推到“收银台”并完成付款，系统才会生成订单并保留。
Go to Checkout and Pay. Only paid orders are confirmed and held by our system.
选择配送方式：直接邮寄 或 拼单
可选择「直接邮寄」或「拼单（Combine Order）」。
Choose Ship Now or Combine Order at checkout.
📦 拼单 / Combine Orders
Orders can be held for 7 days. You can place multiple paid orders within the window.
When total reaches RM250, shipping is automatically free and we dispatch.
Below RM250, postage is required before shipment.

Q1. 只放购物车，算下单吗？
不算。必须结账并付款才成立。
No. You must checkout and pay.
Q2. 我可以边买边加吗？
可以，在 7 天内多次下单并付款，金额累计至 RM250 自动免邮并统一寄出。
Yes. Within 7 days, place multiple paid orders; we ship together once total hits RM250.
Q3. 选错了配送方式怎么办？

Q4. 为什么每次下单订单号都不一样？
每次下单都会生成新的订单号（如今天 EB001，明天 EB002），这是正常的。只要使用同一个账号，所有订单都能在 Account Page 查看。
Each order generates a new order number (e.g., today EB001, tomorrow EB002). This is normal. As long as you use the same account, all your orders can be viewed on the Account Page.
